Official Windows installers
Use the Download menu, each product page, or the download center. Prefer those links over third-party mirrors. If a site asks you to complete surveys or install another downloader first, it is not Rayexa.
No bundled software
Rayexa installers do not add toolbars, extra utilities, or advertising clients. The installer should only offer the product you selected. If a setup screen asks to install unrelated software, stop and download again from rayexa.com.
Privacy and data use
Checkout uses the email you enter so we can deliver a license. Product pages describe any online license check. We do not sell browsing history or install trackers inside the apps for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.
Publisher signature
Before you run an installer, open file properties in Windows and check the Digital Signatures tab when a signature is present. The publisher name should match Rayexa. If a file has no signature, treat it as unsigned and only continue if you downloaded it from this site. We do not claim a signature exists on every historical build.
What the software can change
RayTune and Data Recovery may request administrator rights for driver repair, disk optimize, restore points, or file restore. Free health scans and cleanup previews should explain the action before a destructive change. Confirm restore points or backups when the product offers them.
How to uninstall
Open Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find the Rayexa product, and uninstall it. Then delete leftover folders under Program Files if Windows leaves them. License files are not required after uninstall. You can retrieve a paid key later from Retrieve Registration Code.
Licenses
Pay once. Use forever. No recurring fees. A Personal perpetual license keeps the licensed version on up to 3 devices after one payment. Perpetual use covers that licensed version; it does not guarantee free lifetime major-version upgrades. Current-version update coverage is stated at checkout. We aim to reply to support requests within 1 business day. Include the product name, purchase email or PayPal order or subscription ID, and a short description. Tutorials live under Tutorial.
